Although it is in the last hour of my working week, I just can't get
any sence out of this post. Sorry.

Hmmm, the whole thing started about 5 years ago, when Jacques passed
Schumacher at Estoril on a crazy outside move on the Ayrton Senna
Parabolica.  They have clashed ever since...

Btw I miss Estoril so much.  What a great track...

Wow, first time I've posted here in years :)  All the same characters
here tho.

Schumacher may have thought it crazy - at the time it was great to
see a driver on the F1 scene who was willing to go for a marginal
pass simply because of a will to win.

I recall, last year I think Mika Hakkinen making a brilliant dive between
a wall and a backmarker, thus getting the lead of the race.  JV's move all
those years ago showed the same quick thinking and skillful driving - his
only mistake was to show up the arrogant german.

IMHO :)

1. His name is Michael Schumacher, not Schumaker.
2. He hasn't refused to flight ot Indianapolis. All he said was that he has
thought about this, but after his family had no problem with this he decided
to fly to the US and start at the USGP.
3. Many people (even americans) have decided not to travel with an airplane
after Sep. 11th., because they are scared and I can understand this - Don't
you understand this?
4. Have you ever met Michael Schumacher so you can call him "whiney"
5. What do you mean with "not all germans are like him"? You mean that not
all germans are whiney or that not all germans are scared about flying with
an airplane to the US or that not all germans have a different opinion as
JV? BTW, does "not all" means most of them?
6. 21 drivers have had the same opinion at Monza - only JV has voted against
and three team-managers.
7. Both drivers seem to have a problem with each other since years - easy
thing to blame it only to one of them. It needs always two people to have a
"big clash".

Michael Heymanns

PS: I'm german, I'm not whiney (most of the times), I don't have the same
opinion as MS or JV - I have my own opinion - and yes I would have a problem
right now to travel via airplane to the USA or somewhere else.

In Markus's defence, I think he was saying that not all Germans are MS
fans, not what you were saying above.

Yeah, he's good, he qualified behind a minardi. Nobody cares about him, he
is a looser. He is a champion only because he had the fastest car at the
time, not because he was the best driver.
