I noticed SODA Off-Road Racing in the bargain bin at Babbages for $13.
Is it worth $13? I have a p166 o/c'd to 187.5, 64mb SDRAM and Monster
3D. What video chipsets does SODA support? Thanks for any input.

Well, your PC specs look very good. SODA: Off-Road supports only
Rendition based cards, but if you want a very serious Simulator I would
suggest it to you. A Wheel/pedal unit is a must for it. The graphics are
not the best, but the game engine is the most realistic IMHO you can have.

I raced with a fellow the other night who had a 3dfx which does nothing
in Soda. But with his K6 233 he seemed to be really smooth. As long as
you realize you won't get the 3d graphics on the tracks then Soda is
definately worth it. Very easy to multiplay via tcp/ip. worked well for
us...with 1 guy from St. Louis area, Missoula Mt. and Spokane Wa. Good
