Nascar V1.1 - where can I get it?

I want to find the patch that upgrades Nascar Racing from 1.0 to 1.1.  I
have the 1.20 and 1.21 patches but want to see if the 1.1 version will
work better on modem play.  It's not on Papyrus' BBS or their FTP site.
Any help would be appreciated.
