Hi,
I tried a single race in monza and to my surprise AI cars qualified
around 1m20s and raced in about the same pace.
In other tracks ,everything seems to be right.
Top speed is unaltered(312km/h), but they can take the turns much faster
than normal, the one after the bridge at 305km/h.
What is wrong?
The only weird thing that i remember is a track record(set by me ) of 9
secs on  an online race(due to lag issues) ,but this has already
happenned in the past but,i had no such problems then.
Anyone's got the answer?

I heard that removing the player.sts file under your name in the players
directory will reset ai behavior to the factory default.

Well i think this IS the result of your 9 secs record.
AFAIK GPL used some sort of adaption mechanism to keep up with
you - takes some time though( a weekend ? ) .
BTW: I played around with the .ini settings (dlong_speed_adj_coeff)
and the AI can now do 1:10 laps in Monza....
Guess this does change the physics... or they live by another
set of laws... doing the parabolica with 190 mph...
