Setups and Paintjobs in NASCAR 2

I'm assuming that setups designed for use on the Hawaii tracks will at
least be close to the ideal setups for the N2 tracks.  If this is
wrong will someone in the know please correct me.  Also, on a less
important note, how will the Paintkit be affected in the N2 upgrade?
Will everyone be required to start from scratch importing graphics and
painting their cars?

If THIS is correct, I would like to suggest to Papyrus that they make
the Paintkit several times better than the current one so the use of
one or more external image viewers/editors is not necessary for
designing truly awesome paintjobs.  At least have 256 color support
rather than the 192 or whatever number of colors currently in the
Paintkit.

I believe that Adam Levesque said that the physics model is not changing
for NASCAR 2. I think it's safe to assume that the setups are the same as
MULTI.EXE.

I would like to see Papyrus add a description field and/or comment field in
the setup files that can be viewed from the Garage|Options menu along with
the timestamp on the file. I will sometimes have 2 or 3 different setups
going, and I can't remember which one I worked on last or what I was up to
at the time. I guess I've got to start keeping a notebook until then.
