Nascar Racing and IndyCar Racing II are both available for the Mac, although
I'm not sure how well they'll run on a non-PowerMac system. In addition,
there are some arcade racers out there (Al Unser Jr. Racing is one, I
think).'

Neither runs on 68k Macs. I have a 6100/80 and they both run _barely_. You
really should have more than 132MHz (or better yet, a 604).

But they are both _still_ very good.
