4th at 3.15, grill tape left at the default 30%.  I bumped 4th from the default
of 3.10 and it seems to have made it easier to stay with the pack when drafting,
and definitely gives you a jump on restarts.  Could be it's just practice, I
can't say for sure whether the change has made that big of a difference.

3.10 seems the best so far, which is completely bizarre compared to my very
fast Dega TEN setups.

In fact, it seems so far that none of my setups from TEN/NROS are worth a
damn with N3.  I really hate to re-do them, but I guess I have no choice.

Here are a few more things to think about;

The engine produces very little HP over 8400 rpm at Dega... hence the new
gears over N2/N99's 3.40 gears. Add the grille tape in the 30-40% range and
drop the gearing in the 3.1 - 3.2 range and you have those parts setup.
BUT... think about the average setup will most likely use a 3.10 gear with
30% tape, and what if some guy dropped the 4th gear to a 3.0 and added 10-15
percent more tape? Since the engine isnt pushing as many RPM's it wont heat
up as much and it will be a car with less front end drag over the others.
The theory is that this car will do very well in a draft, but not as well
leading. Should have better fuel mileage as well. Got to love the new
thinking that the grille tape and being able to change gears by .05 brings
into the setup process.
