So I checked out this video available at:

It looks great! I love that 350Z model.. nice.
Anyway, I then downloaded Racer to give it a whirl, and as it comes
installed it seems nothing like the video. I realise there are
downloadable cars and tracks, but what I'm wondering is if the game is
really at a "worth-playing" level yet?
Live For Speed with some of those graphics would be killer.

From a car modeller or track modeller perspective it's superb. If that's not
you, well, come back in a year :0)

Yeah, that is the impression I got. I just wanted to see if a solid game
could be revealed through tweaking. I hope it gets finished; it looks like
it has incredible potential!
