How much is ICR2 to GPL conveter?

I just got my hands on a rendition copy of ICR2 and I was thinking about the
GPL converter for it. Only problem is I have no idea what it costs in USD.
Also does it work with the Rendition version ok? Its from a game disk that
came with the old 4meg Serria Screamer video card.

It's been some time, but as I recall it was somewhere in the neighborhood of
$20-$25USD.
