I know this has been addressed before, but I can't remember the fix. I can
only
run about thirty laps in nr1999 before the screen freezes for 5 to 10
seconds. I can hear the hard drive working, I know this has to do with the
swap file and memory management. Could someone please post the fix for this
problem.

Try turning off your Screen Saver, including all Power Management
functions.
