STCC demo with wheel?

After configuring my MSFF Wheel in the windows control
panel, I make a new controller in STCC.  I turn FF on in the
new controller.  Then, when it comes time to define steer
left (which generally says something like left arrow on
keyboard), I turn the wheel left and STCC doesn't recognize
the movement of the wheel.  What am I doing wrong?

Hit the Enter key twice,then move your wheel,pedals etc.

With my Nascar Pro, it didnt recognize the wheel movement until the
wheel was turned to it's fullest extent. (left or right)
