Just call Logi customer service. I bought mine back in Nov. and suddenly
had some gear slippage inside the wheel. An hour later the gears were
completely shot, giving no FF effect but just making a plastic-on-plastic
grinding sound. I called Logi and they just asked where they should ship
the new one. I even get to keep the old one for spare parts!
