I been to Zeltweg (O'ring) F1 race in 1975.

I am very very happy with the track made by Dave, but the trees are pretty
inacurate. I guess he had to place them this way to cover up for using too
much graphics.

I do find that the whole track has too much understeer.
Does this have anything to do with the DAT-files Dave made for the track, or
can it be changed in one of the ini-files?

Hi!
I feel the steering ratio should be way faster in o-track. Normally I use
13-14:1
but here it is 10:1.

Wow!  I find that kind of ratio undrivable.  I normally use 20:1
everywhere except the places I need the extra lock to make it around
hairpin turns (Monaco, Rouen, Mexico).  I use 20:1 at the O-Ring and
get around just fine.  Of course, I also use 100% linear steering and
have set the DirectX dead zones to 0%.

Why do you people keep on saying that the track has too much understeer
or lack of grip. This simply isn't the case. I have all the grip I need. The
problem is with your setup and how you drive.

Well, Wilson Fittipaldi used to complain about understeer on the
straights. It was of course a joke, played on Gordon Murray, Herbie
Blash and Mr E, right in the middle of qualifying.
