Sacre Bleu!
As an Australian I am curious....what does the French word "aussie" mean?
My interpretation of the sentences below is.......
"Salute!
I suppose what to a Quebecian in situ speaks Australian French?
Pass the banjo,*** friend Quebecian of Montreal!"

(Or something like that)

I empathise, Goy, even though MY generation was centred around the
mid-to-late 1960's.
I certainly feel the same as you about modern F1 (and, to some extent,
modern professional motor-racing in general)....it is such a sterile.
"humanoid" type of environment.  Toe the company line, earn your ***
fortune, say and do the "right" things and we'll get along fine, Mr. Driver.
But leave your personality and ability to speak your own mind at the door on
the way in!

Identities of *my* era couldn't exist in todays atmosphere....well, they've
said as much themselves.  Moss, Brabham, Gurney, Amon, even Fangio before he
died. Clark would have retired and gone to work the land and Chapman for
sure would've got so far up somebody's nose as to cause a massive haemorrage
(preferably Ecclestone's!).

Eddie Jordan is about the only character in the game at the moment....I
totally agree.

a 30kmh :)

On a 75%

bleue

Une labatt bleue?  Beurk ce n'est pas buvable ! ;-)

Babelfish is all well and good, Francois, but I prefer my translation.
I'm thinking of applying for a position with the UN.....couldn't do any
worse than they already do!

Yup, he has understood that standing out from the crowd is a good thing
when you're looking for sponsors and such

Maybe things will improve once we get rid of Max
