Interesting. I wasn't getting a race listed after typing in the IP and
going to the next step. A check on the Relays Forums turned up the info
that Relay wasn't compatible with the no_CD version. Put the original
back in and was able to connect.

I'd be interested in knowing how you're configured, because I hate
putting CDs in and out of my drive, and there's at least three that I
use frequently -- not counting any music CDs that I sometimes listento
while working.

Are you using the us version of the game? If your not you may be using the
NO-CD for the us version and that maybe causing your problem. If you are
using the US version let me know and I will send you my no-cd patch that I
made for the us version.

I'm using whatever version they are selling in Canada. For 99.99% of
the programs I have, this is the US version. Is there an easy way to
look at F1 2001 and tell? And yes, it was the US version of the no-CD
patch. Which worked fine if I was playing on my own, BTW.

Um ... nothing could be smoother than the first trip to 3rd base.

Nice system though.

I have the 1.024 Euro version. I installed the patch and then replaced
the exe with the 1.074 no-cd exe. Works just fine with Relay.
Before the patch, I also used the 1.045 US no-cd exe without any
problems.
