Hey, all...

I just bought N2 yesterday, and I'm having a couple problems that I can't
figure out, and the manual's no help, so...

1) How do you pit? I've got it to where my crew holds up the sign, so I
drive to the sign, and...nothing. This is especially important since I'm
only running 10% races right now, so the only time I pit is at the end.
However, I can't pit, so I can't finish...

2) My "Race Weekend" option isn't coming up before I go to the races. Is
this a problem with my game, or is there something I need to be doing??
As it is, it just goes straight to the race, with me running 40th...

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not quite sure if this is what you do but it works in N1.  When you
stop in your pits, apply your brakes one more time.

I think arcade mode just bypasses all of the other sessions and starts
you off at the back of the pack.  Try changing this setting on the Race
Weekend menu.

If your race weekend sends to right into the race then you PROBABLY have
the driving mode set to ARCADE.

Change it to realistic.  BTW driving mode is different than damage.
They both however give the options of arcade, and realistic.  In this
context however they mean different things.

sorely needed and greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure about question 2 but for question one, are you
applying the brakes to stop at the pits or are you using the
reverse button to stop. If you don't use the brakes the pit
crew will not come out.

Worth a try.
