In MGPRS2, is there a patch to have instant access to all of the
vintage cars and tracks, instead of having to win a race to gain the
next?

Such patch doesn't exist, thanks to the very tight and closed architecture
of Ubisoft's game engine. And FYI, even if you win them you won't access new
ones.  Your stuck with 1 track only.

The vintage race is only a goodie, which of course looks quite pale compared to
GPL
