i've bought it and installed it but seems to be a bug in the game
because i can not click on RACE !!!

Its out in the US too.  Been enjoying online play at Talladega with the
restrictor plates removed.  Great fun.

Take a look at the notes in the game....its listed in the read me.  Only the
host of the race can set it and it applies to EVERYONE racing.  In my case,
I made no change to my settings and didn't even know you could yet when I
jumped in.  Its the default based on the host's settings.  If this Francois
character had bothered to read the same he'd know better.

Maybe you should know what you're talking about before you post a snotty
message.  Or did you mistype an "r" in place of a "c" in your name?

Hmm, bad foul.  If this is the way Nascar-Racers react to criticism
(wrong or right),... good bye community.

after implying that I was cheating?  Your kind of misled criticism won't be
missed.  Don't be so eager to jump in next time.

Sounds good to me.  Sorry, but I hate cheaters and resented being called
one. I'm sure you understand.

And we'll leave the limiters on, ok?  :-)
