www.sierra.com has some Papyrus information.

Most certainly. (14.4 is fine, 9600 also works.)

617-926-7200. (It's a US phone number; still in beta-test)

You need to download the multiplayer NASCAR client software from
www.sierra.com. The number to connect to "Hawaii" is (US) 617-926-7200.
You have to have the client first, though.

You can get the client software at www.sierra.com. Follow the links
to the Papyrus area. Once you unzip the files, take a look at the
user's guide (GUIDE.DOC, GUIDE.TXT).
