Impressed with new TSW

Well I bit the bullet and splurged on a new TSW Sport. After a year of
fighting with my T2, broken pedal springs and bungie cord first aid, I
am in a virtual racing paradise! I just received it yesterday and it
worked right of the box with both Nascar Racing and F1RS. I simply
unplugged my T2,  plugged in the TSW, recalibrated and went racing. It
did take some getting used to at first. I wasn't used to steering
actually being responsive, so I was constantly oversteering at first.
After 10 laps at Suzuka in F1RS I broke my old lap record by 1/10 and
then 2/10's of a second. I can just imagine what it'll be like when I'm
really used to this thing. It's really cool having the car turn exactly
where and when you want. The finger shifters work well but again will
take getting used to. Its nice to have the option this way of using them
or the regular shifter. The pedals are also very sturdy and responsive.
I plan to do a thorough review at The Game Pad after a month of use, but
my initial impressions are very good. Hopefully they will be in a month!
I would also like to commend Trevor and Thomas Enterprises for their
excellent customer service. I knew when ordering that it would take
several weeks to recieve...ordering right after christmas and with their
limited production run. Being impatient I naturally bugged Trev with an
email  every week as to the shipping status and I received a reply
within 24 hours every time. Also the units are now shipping with 4 extra
pots, so when they wear out you already have extras on hand. Way to go
guys!
