Is the Sony PLaystation game 'Formula 1' available on PC ?

if so, what spec PC is needed for it ?

I wonder too- fact is, the sim is incredibly fast on PSX, and I just
wonder if the same sort of speed can be achieved on an average PC.
We'll just have to see, and for the time being, you can compare their
other ports to PC, like DD2.

I read in Edge (UK magazine) that a version of F1 was in the pipeline
but would ONLY run on 3DFX due to graphical requirements. Claims of
better than Playstation in 640x480 were bandied about.
