Winged Lotus at Paul Hoad's site -------

First off -------- I downloaded the two types of winged Lotus cars
off the site and onto a floppy disk

Now, I have a question.  It says there are many "bugs" in the
program that gives you these cars.

WHO  -- has some experience with these and the installation that can
give me some advice?

Is the installation pretty straightforward?  OR ---- do you have to
be a computer programming wizard to get them to work?

Also ----------- in real life ------------  the winged Lotus cars
were ACTUALLY as the GOLD LEAF TEAM LOTUS  (red, white and gold) cars
of 1968, which means that the cars that can be found repainted in
those colors by MR. NICKLAUS, would be historically correct.

Has anyone figured out how to combine the two?  That is -----------
the wings on the Nicklaus cars?

  That would be neat.

The bugs are in Mr Hoad's track editor program which is under
development.

It is extremely simple.  Read the instructions.  Choose wihich version
you want, rename the file to  lotus.3do and put it in
sierra\gpl\cars\cars67\lotus  directory.  No need to pack or unpack
anything.  Bingo, you're done!  If you don't like the car, simply
delete from the directory and you will get the original body shape.
