How do I enable certain options in F1GP

Hi

I have been reading about how you guys disable traction control and steering
assistance for faster laps in F1GP but I don't know how you enable or disable
these options. I have read the manual but can't find it

There on the relevant pages of the control method screens (the
steering page and the accelerate/brake page). Traction Control is
called "traction help"; steering ass' is called "steering help".

You should actually read the update.txt file or whatever it was called
before I deleted mine.  It gives full details on the PC updates which are
not included in the manual.
