Ok they got the place all torn apart www.mosport.com will the scgt gurus be
able to reflect these new changes in the game. They really did alot to this
track man. They got higher pit walls more run off (6 foot run offs befor the
reno's!). This place neede the work but will it ruin the best track to watch
a race? The web site has photo's of the new look.

Have you seen the track in real life? EA trashed it. A couple friends
and myself unconsciously call the track Mocrap. After going around the
track a couple times in real life it is astonishing that a company can
be so blind. So, to fixing the track in SCGT, someone would have to come
out with a full blown track editor or a GPL to SCGT track converter.

Yep, it is getting repaved as well. Panoz is redoing everything to help
make it the best track in North America.

A track editor for SCGT isn't too far away, hopefully. I've been looking at the
posts on GTInsider.com's forum and there is at least one brand new track on the
way. Also, fingers, toes and everything else crossed - a Le Mans track might not
be impossible.

Hey, Mosport gets my vote for the most fun SCGT track.. Who cares if it is
not 100% accurate.. no track  ever is..  I've done many laps at Mosport in
the '60's and '70's, and  the _feel_ of the real Mosport track is there just
like I remember it.  GPL's Mosport may be more accurately modeled, but SCGT
seems to capture the atmosphere there from a driver's perspective, IMHO.

No way !! After driving Mosport myself in the early 70s and racin'
there in gpl,I had a real hard time with the SCGT version. It might be
fast, but it's not Mosport. I rather run Atlanta, LimeRock, and Las Vegas.

Hey they have changed it since the 70's too. They leveld out turn 4 because
cars were grabbing air in that turn! The only thing I can say bad about the
scgt version of Mosport (I live about half of an hour from the track) is
turn 2. Cars do not grab air as they do in the game, however I seen Gilles
Villenuve in the formula atlantic race in 74 have a huge wreck in turn 2 he
and Dave Morris got together coming down the hill. Gilles ended up with a
broken leg. I dont think that the scgt track is too far off.

EA did not do a good job with hocklenheim either in my opinion.

I was there in the fall and the pits were extended then with the pit exit
after turn 1. The updating of Mosport is a good thing, looks to be very
exciting for all.
