Can't find Colin McRae Rally 3 ANYWHERE!  Was told it is discontinued, this
means no back stock, anywhere?

Colin McRae Rally 04 is due out in a month and is listed as having quite a
bit more gameplay options included than 03.  If you can wait a month...

BTW, I'm talking about the XBox version.

Well, since this is not an XBox newsgroup, I seriously doubt the original
inquiry was for CM3 for the XBox.

CM3 for the XBox or the PC was pretty lame this year.  I heard CM4 for the
XBox is supposed to be better.  Are there plans for a PC release for CM4?

Saw some in Fry's, which means Outpost.com should have it.

Oh...  My bad.  I didn't realize that any of the Colin McRae games had PC
counterparts.  I thought it was just Xbox and PS2.

It sorta applies here, though, since the game comes close to being a sim.

<snip>

I thought all racing sims were on topic here, regardless of platform?
We've certainly had, for example, the Gran Turismo series discussed
here quite often. (Or even Revs on the BBC! ;-) )

Maybe it's about time we dusted off the old FAQ.

Ah; thanks.

From that page: "..irrespective of the platforms on which the
simulations are supported."

And also what follows right after that:

"This includes simulations which have a competitive component (racing
simulations) and those which do not."

Which is something a few people seem to forget sometimes.
