I would suggest a look at www.game-online.com, in the preview section.
This one looks like the rally sim I've been waiting for. Hope it
lives up to the preview.

Just to add more detail, it will be initially released for the
Playstation in July. Some of the courses look fabulous (mountain
switchbacks and the ability to venture far off road should
produce some spectacular moments). Cars pick up damage like
in TOCA, but in this version the damage affects handling.
All the WRC cars are there, but the bonus cars will make
a big stream of Pavlovian drool run from the lips of any
rally fan: Lancia Delta Integrale, Audi Quattro Sport,
Ford RS200 and a 1970's Escort RS. The co-driver speech
is more sophisticated than previous PC games, with
combinations like "fast right into narrows", the graphics
engine has been sped up since TOCA, and the control
is much better than, say, V-Rally, which itself wasn't
so bad once you got used to the twitchiness (at least
you could pull trailing throttle oversteer in a FWD,
which you can't do in any of the Europress "sims").
Might have to go buy a Playstation...
