I heard good things for Canopus Spectra 2500, it has a Video-out to TV

The Canopus also has a fan, S-video out and reverse-pass through thing so V2
wont reduce the 2d quality.
The TNT's run very hot and even with a fan can not overclock much. I think
the Ram in STB 4400 (or is it V550) is better for overclocking but I wont
bother overclocking. I saw the Spectra 2500 for $165.00 at NCBuy.com

The ELSA TNT card also has a fan, and they are a very good company.

Dear Gearheads,
It may be best to let the TNT manufacturers settle down a bit before jumping
on the RIVA wagon. Seems there are some memory issues, (speed, die-size). It's
nothing to***or glue a 486 fan to the chip, so why pay mucho bucks for
something that will be refined to even screechier levels in a couple of months.
 By the way GPL RULES!!!
