1) No it was a special track pack
2) Yes it is great
Unfortunately i dont think it does. Im sure however you could find a copy of
the expansion pack in a used software store or get a copy from someone who is
willing to sell it.
2.) Does the converted Indy track look "OK"?
It looks fairly descent considering its originally an ICR1 track. I dont have
it personally (i dont even have ICR2) but my friend has it and it fits in the
game well. I think there are graphics updates you can d/l for it as well.
