REQ: N'99 FAQ, help installing tracks...

I seem to be having a hell of a time getting tracks to install corectly, they
keep saying unable to load complete track description.

If someone could point me to an FAQ or give the step by step on how to do it
correctly...or else just tell me what would give that kind of an error...be
most grateful.
