Under Multiplayer in N-1, does anyone know why COM 3
wouldn't show up under Moden Setup?.

Set your modem up on com1 or com2, thats the way its gotsta go

Interesting...
The one in question is on a friends computer, Com1 and Com 2
is the only thing that shows up under N-1. On my machine Com1,2
and 3 shows up. My modem is on Com3 and works fine.
Any other suggestions?.

Well, it's been awhile but I always thought N1 only "saw" com1&2??
I'm not sure then, maybe someone else can help. Does he only have Com1&2
in use on his computer, is it something in his bios?????
Help anyone else???

I have the same problem on my nascar1 also only com 1&2.

I'm using Com 3, IRQ 5 with Nascar 1, and it runs just fine.

If I remember correctly, one of the patches fixed it so you could use com3 also
