THE NWST OFFLINE RACING EXPERIENCE:
The NWST consists of mature (most are between 30 and 60 years old) NASCAR sim
drivers, who are very friendly and talented offline racers. Most of the
current NWST sim drivers have been offline racing for many years.
The NWST has a lot to offer sim driving enthusiasts. It runs four NASCAR
Racing 3 (NR3) divisions and a new NASCAR Racing 4 (NR4) division. Here is a
short description of each division.
HCGR - This is the newest NR3 division catering to those drivers that don't
have much time to spend racing each week yet want a lot of racing action fun.
HCGR races only take 10 minutes or less to complete, the action is nail
gripping, for a total of a whoppig 40 races throughout the season. It is open
to all NWST drivers.
ARCA - This is an NR3 division that follows the real NASCAR ARCA circuit.
It appeals to those drivers that are new to NASCAR sim driving because the
races take only 25 minutes or less to complete and no pitting. It also has
the fewest number of races during the year with less than 25. This year the AI
will be more challenging than in the past and a lot more fun.
BGN - This is an NR3 division where sim drivers begin to get a taste of sim
racing at its best. The races take approximately 35 to 40 minutes to complete
and must pit once.
WCUP - This is the last NR3 division that has the most dedicated sim drivers
because the races length is long (60 to 80 minutes), two pit stops, and a full
36 races during the year.
NR4 - This division uses the more up-to-date NR4 simulation. It is a
combination of BGN and WCup races. This division is open to all NWST drivers.
The NWST also maintains driver statistics and assists drivers with car setups.
Come join the NWST (http://www.racesimcentral.net/) in 2002 for some fun
simulation racing action!
