IMHO, the ACP (auto***pit) is head and shoulders above the T1.  The ACP is
built around an adjustable tubular metal frame.  The pedals are mounted on the
base of the frame and are proper pedals - not wheels.  The shifters are mounted
on the back of the steering wheel spokes a'la F1 - right to shift up and left
to shift down.  It is a very robust and solid unit.  The only drawback to it is
that it is fairly large and does take up some real estate when not in use.
That said, I have had mine for about 7 months, use it about every other day and
love it.

I have and like the ACP.  It is metal tubing and Aluminum, with a
composite wheel.  It has actual pedals, not rollers on rods.  IT is
free standing, takes up about 2 ft by 2 ft.  Runs on a sigle game port.

The ACP is more expensive.  $180.  Have heard there are discounts out there.
I got mine from the manfacturer

Mike Shiflett is the sales/tech person I ordered mine from.
Ask for the latest version of the ACP.
