oh its been so long....
i knwo i can change a simple file to allow me to race F2 or F3, but
cant remember which file or what to edit-
anyone help?

Look for the player.ini file in your player folder and change the
driverRating to 1, 2 or 3. If I remember rightly, 1=F3, 2=F2 and 3=F1.
