Actually This is Game/Design/Programing.

Check out TGF or Click & Create and Vitalize...

http://www.corel.com hold Click & Create.
You can make Games and ScreenSavers with Just Designing and they are good.

THen people can play them with the Vitalize Plug In..... check out
