Can someone that already has N3 (preview copy) comment on whether or not
we still have to deal with thhat insane palette problem in Paint Shop
Pro?

Has anyone ever just tried painting the pink area white in the exported
NR1/2/99 PCX files?

N3 Palette

There is a palette for PSP included with N3, and some very detailed
instructions on using 3rd party paint programs to edit cars in the readme
file. It's still rather convoluted, anf yes, the little colored boxes are
still there and can't be messed with<g>. At least this time they recognized
the shortcoming of the in-game paint shop and provided details, though.
