Can someone bail me out ....AGAIN!!!!

I'm having yet another problem trying to decrypt GP3 to update to a
present carset. Fresh game install and run the game once to get a
"saved game" status. I get an error message when
decrypting..."cannot open icd file"

  I follow all instructions to the letter (this worked for me months
ago...) and I'm still getting messed up.  When I try opening GP3edit
1.13 it tells me "GP3.exe is missing or corrupt"..."locate your main
Grand Prix 3 folder on your hard drive"...which I do but still no
luck.

  I've tried this with a fresh install, as well as a "patched" (Gp3
v1.13) and neither will work.

  Please tell me a  way to drive a 2001 season or a painlessway to
slit my throat!!  

  Any help cleaning up (preferably the game) would again be
appreciated!!!
