  Tremendous Idea !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it would be great to have a complete "school" type
atmosphere.

Setups could be addressed --------- and basics addressed  --- as
well as ideas and what makes a change take place and how it effects
the handling and whatever.

The driving instructional idea is marvelous.

Face it -------- even the "big guns" got their start at the
beginning and many have gone on to start driving schools of their own
to "race-driver-wana-bees"

I think there is certainly a NEED for this type of thing for sure.

And if you crash and burn on the first turn the instructor will make you
write "I will take it easy until my tires warm up" 500 times on the
blackboard.  :-)

Actually, this is a great idea and is pretty commonplace in the flight
sim community. A good friend of mine is an instructor for the online air
combat game "Air Warrior".  He gets some some nice perks, like free
online time for his trouble (the game is hosted by a service that
charges connect fees).
