GP3 Mouse question

I am a newbie to GP3 as I am in the process of learning the sim. The problem
I am having is that I cannot find a way to select anything on the LCD
display on the steering wheel. I have no mouse curser after selecting
"Drive" and am sitting in the pits with no way to select "Car Setup" on the
LCD. All of my arrow keys just give me the driver name as does the "N" key.
Did I miss something in the Manual? The only thing I can find in the manual
is a reference to selecting Car Setup from the LCD menu. If I shift up, the
car comes off the jacks and can be driven, but I still have no way of
selection to the car setup page.

Pentium 4, 512 MB Ram, Geforce 2 GTS

TIA
George

Hi, you move through the menu with throttle and brake, and select with shift
up.

Use your pedals to go up/down and left/right in the steering wheel menus.
Use your shifter to select the options. One in the garage you're back to the
mouse.
