Given the state of affairs in Indycar racing, will Papyrus' Indycar Racing 2.0 include the Indy 500?  will the points count in the
championship?  Will I have to fight for one of the 8 at-large starting positions?  Is Tony George coming out with his own simulation for IRL?
Will he pay people to play it?

Seriously, though, I'm looking for an answer to the first question.  Thanks in advance...

Currently, no. We have had licensing difficulties obtaining Indianapolis
for IndyCar Racing II.

-- I also have a question , or should that be comment.
Recently here in Tokyo I have seen a Sega coin-op video game called 'Indy 500'
and carrying the 'officially licensed by Indianapolis Motor Speedway' tag.
Having read about the problems Papyrus had with use, or not, of Daytona
Raceway,
I wonder if this will mean no indianapolis track with Indycar 2.
Anyone know anymore ?

Just a guess on my part, but I've only heard of 15 tracks being
included.  Now since the Indy track does not belong to Indycar(CART) and
the licensing deal Papyrus is with Indycar, there a pretty strong chance
that the Indy 500 will not be included.  Once again that is only my
opinion no facts to back it up.
