>>HAHAHAHAHAH, to LEARN a track. I guess those nascar guys dont know which

from

And, as I've had to point out time again, every NASCAR track, even the
ovals, is a lot different than another. Like, Atlanta, C***te, and
Texas, all look 99% the same, but all drive MUCH different. In real life
AND N2/NR99.
If you don't like NASCAR, leave those of us who do alone, ok? Thanks.

It is a known fact that Jacques Villenuve used a computer F-1 game (He never
said wich one) to get familiar with Spa. When asked how a rookie (1996)
could grab the pole on a track he had never seen before, he said "I've been
around this course a million times on my computer racing game, and believe
it or not it helped immensely!"
John DiFool
1. He used a game to learn Spa.
2. GP2 was the ONLY sim to have Spa.
3. Ergo, he used GP2.
He also called it stupid (called it a video game) and said the race wasn't
realistic, (to P. Windsor in Off-Track Buzzzzz - ESPN2) but it doesn't
change the fact that he used it to learn the tracks before getting there.
Just like Barrichello did to learn Suzuka the same year.
