You better post your questions about GPLAIM2 on the Legends Central
forum since the maker of GPLAIM2 visits that forum every day.
Tip: mention -which- error messages you get :)

And just in case the original poster doesn't know, Legends Central has
closed and is now Racesim Central.  Our forums are at
http://forum.racesimcentral.com .  Just post in the GPL forum like Andre
suggests.

And if you 're not a certified computer expert don't install. It requires
yuo to reboot and installs all kinds of weird things and then it doesn't
work after all.

Hard reset was the only thing possible to get out of the GPLAIM loop. Not to
mention it tries to change all kind of stuff in you GPL installation it
doesn't like.

I am sure someone has spent a lot of time to create GPLAIM and that it works
for that person but this stuff is out of my system!

If you want to continue to get new car updates, you really should give it a
shot.  Most new cars will be released in GPLAIM format, and it handles
things very well.

The main thing you need to do is set your language in Windows to some
variation of English - this is mostly due to the comma/period usage in
numbers in non-English systems.  I realize that isn't very convenient for a
lot of people, but Peter hasn't been able to come up with another solution
yet.

I think you should give it a try - simply backup your gpl folder first
in case anything goes wrong (installed without problems here but
indeed some people had problems installing it).
Just read the readme's carefully and all should be ok.
It's really a great tool, so many options that it will take you quite
some time to learn all the possibilities :)
