installed GPLAIM today, but when I try to run it, I get a Windows message
indicating that GPLAIM has caused an error in KRNL386.EXE. I get the same
message if I try to uninstall GPLAIM.
I installed GPLAIM2 first, followed by the update to ver2.1, as instructed
on the download website. During the version 2 installation, I was prompted
to install Microsoft Agent along with some sort of Lerner and Hauspie text
reader/recognition program (wasn't sure what that should have to do with
things, but I went ahead and installed it).
So now GPLAIM isn't working...I can't uninstall it... and I have MS Agent
and some odd text/voice program on my system.
Any ideas what went wrong or how I can set things right?
TIA,
itazura
