I don't know about you but I'm pretty e***d about the upcoming steering
wheels from Thrustmaster. The first one has two buttons on the steering
wheel itself. However, since I just bought my T2 I'm not going to buy
this one. The second one that supposedly coming out in October I may buy
though...provided it's not $400. The wheel will give you the FEEL of the
road, from turns to bumps to whatever. The press release said that they
are working with software companies to gain support. It sound great. I'm
assuming this wheel will be similar to the one in the video arcade's
Outrun where the wheel gave "information" about the road. October sounds
like it's going to be a cool month!

: Not too e***d about the wheel/*** unit.  A wheel unit that
: buzzes whenever I get off the track will be quite a short-lived
: novelty to me.

Buzzes? I don't think that's what it's going to be. It's suppose to give
you "feedback" on the roads. Far from buzzing. You're suppose to "feel"
what's going on, from a turn to a pothole. I'm sure it won't be as
advanced as the video game "Outrun" in the arcades, but I'm sure that's
what they're shooting for.
