Is anyone working on a new version of the Daytona Road Course? Seems like a
natural fit with the TPTCC and with the 24 Hours coming up soon, I thought
I'd see something about it by now. I haven't seen any races being run with
the old version, I seem to recall that the older version was just a bit
flaky.....not complaining mind you, it's better than I could do, just not as
smooth as Papy tracks.....something was out of whack. Anyway, is there an
accepted "standard" version of the track that might show up on the tptcc2
servers anytime soon?

What's wrong w. SRC's update of White Falcon's ver?  The AI sux and the grip
level's way high, but the latter's easily fixed, and the course seems
otherwise fine to me.

Having never driven the real course, how would I know? <g>  We're running it
in our TPTCC league this Sunday, I'll let you know how it races.

Well, I'll find out for myself in just a little bit, I just found it and
will get a chance to try it in a bit, I don't think I've driven it since n4
or so, I'll have to relearn it and then look for a server somewhere.

Well worth the download, and usually a couple of servers have it up at any
one time.
