The subject title says it all.    Bob Stanley has posted a message on

You will have the opportunity to ask questions regarding the upcoming
release of NASCAR Sim Racing.  For those who are unaware of Bob, he is
in my opinion one of the most dedicated people I know when it comes to
testing physics and creating many awesome setups for Papyrus, Team
Lightspeed, expert setups on PWF mods and many others.
