It's the same with me, on my P60 (with ATI Mach64 PCI) I got the same
strange and amusing effects. For example driving on suzuka, none of the
AI cars can keep the first right-corner after start-finish, they all go
off like crazy. It's like that the AI cars think that their speed is
much higher than it actually is. When the yellow flag is waved they
have no problem getting trough the corner. I won't talk about the replays,
they are disastrous, it's better you will not play the replay, you will
find yourself on a totally different location on the track after the
replay (on the grass and crashed into a wall that is).
The frame-rate performance is somewhat improved by gpfps but the
side-effects are a bit to big, to play the game satisfactionary,
but if you are one of those people who are bored with f1gp and try
all kinds of things (like jumping over cars etc) gpfps can be quite fun....
