toca 2 graphics prob

Hi.  I can't get Toca 2 to run on my system.
It plays the intro movie, then freezes with the hard drive light on.
I believe it's a problem with the Graphics drivers, but I'm not sure.
My System spec is :

Windows ME
128MB Ram
AMD 850 MHz
Aopen PA256 MX II Geforce graphics card
Aopen DVD Drive.

Anyone else experiencing problems with Toca 2 and Geforce Graphics?
