because the Pkunzip always writes that I should use Pkzipfix, even
self-extracting files. Is version 2.04g the latest???
Thanx in advance

Mike,
I was having the same prob intermittently(sp.?), mostly with ICR2NCAR
download. For some reason only_this_file kept say D/L complete after receiving
90k to 350k, actual "Zipped" size of this file is around 530k. Anyway someone
posted that thay had (P.S. this was at US Mirror 6 weeks ago) it at their Web
Site, more local to me (Minnesota, USA) and it D/L'd first time complete ! Hope
this helps. Maybe someone can get you an alternate URL to try.
Happy Lappin'!

go to the bottom of the page, and check out where it says "the things I'd
spend too much money on if I had too much money to spend' or something
like that
and look around the rest of the page and PLEASE hit my web counter while
you are there...it's been there since feb 7 and it hasn't broken 30 hits :(

Sorry about the problems with the files. Yes a lot of them don't
extract properly because the file name is the same as the file inside
(?!). This means it trys to overwrite itself on extracting.
A tempory get around is to rename the self extracting EXE file to
something like BOB.EXE or FOOBAR.EXE before extracting.
We're current;y doing an update and were renameing the files.
SOme files at the US mirror have become corrupt. Due to the lack of
bandwidth and drop-outs, when sending files to the use they got a bit
screwed up. I am working on it and resending them.
