Hi all:

I'm new to this group, and I'm sure this question has been asked
before. But here goes.

Does Dirt Track Racing Sprint Cars work with Windows 2000?

I tried to run the game on my IBM ThinkPad -- Pentium III 750 mHZ,
128MB RAM, 8MB VRAM with S3 Savage/IX video -- and it continually
locks up during races.

The game only works with software rendering in Windows 2000, as
nothing happens when I try other settings.

Has anyone had any luck getting this great game to run with Windows
2000? Please let me know your tips and secrets, replying in here.

P.S.: I've also tried to run the game at resolutions as low as 512 x
384, and it still locks after awhile.
