F1RC Qualifying Woes.....

by Lugnu » Sun, 01 Apr 2001 05:16:25

After trying everything I know how to, I'm decided to ask you guys for
help.  In F1RC I'm having an impossible time qualifying....here's what
happens.  I start a season and go to Melbourne.  I skip both practice
sessions and go directly to the qualifying session.  After I get
qualifed, I accelerate time to breeze through the rest of the session,
and NONE of the other drivers qualifies!  They all put in a lot of laps,
but no one qualifies!

It's either that or I let the other drivers qualify first and then go out
to qualify.  After I'm done qualifying, it says none of the other drivers
are qualified!!!  What am I doing wrong?!?!?!?!?!?

Sounds like you are qualifying with a time that puts the AI outside the 107%
rule. You can either turn the AI to a higher level or turn off qualifying
rules. Or drive slower <G>

Thanks Ian!  That was the problem. :-)  I just got my copy and though I'd
try on beginner level, but I guess I needed to set the AI higher.  At
least that way I won't be the only car on the starting grid! LOL!!!!

      Thanks Again!
